If you have already checked out and would like to change/cancel the order, please contact us at support@casktoglass.com.my as soon as possible.

You agree once the order has been placed that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Cask Share Ownership
The Cask Share Ownership option can be classified as a preorder of a product that will be delivered sometime in the future.

The Official Cask Certificate can only have one owner name assigned, which will remain as Cask to Glass SDN. BHD. until bottling. I, along with the management/warehouse company will however issue a certificate detailing the Part Ownership to those who purchase any Cask Share.

All storage and Insurance costs are included in the purchase for the first 8 years of maturation.

The Certificate for any order of a Cask Share Ownership will be a binding contract detailing:

  • The Full name of the Purchaser / Club / Organisation
  • The Distillery of the product
  • The full details of the Cask
  • Date of filling
  • The minimum Maturation time before bottling
  • The Location of the cask
  • That the Bottling, Labelling, Packaging, Importation, Malaysian Tax and Duty, and Transportation costs will be equally shared by all part owners of the cask

Cask Share owners, at an additional cost, may choose to have custom labels and packaging for their own bottles.

Cask Share owners may choose to sell back, at an agreed price, some of their allocation of bottles to Cask to Glass SDN BHD to reduce the Bottling, Labelling, Packaging, Importation, Malaysian Tax and Duty and Transportation cost they are contracted to pay.

Cask Share Owners, who travel to Scotland, can visit their cask at an agreed time and date.

Cask samples will be arranged at appropriate intervals. Usually 3, 6 and 9 years and will be sent out to owners free of charge. Alternatively, we could arrange a tasting session together at an agreed location.

It must be stressed that the Cask Share Ownership is a LONG TERM investment. Your money is tied up in the investment, typically, until the whisky is a minimum of 8 years old.

Once Cask Share Owners have settled all additional costs their bottles will be shipped out for delivery.

Whisky Futures
The Whisky Futures option can be classified as a preorder of a product that will be delivered sometime in the future.

The Whisky will quietly continue its maturation for, typically, up to 18 months before being bottled.

A certificate will be issued detailing:

  • The Full name of the Purchaser / Club / Organisation
  • The Distillery of the product
  • The full details of the Cask
  • Date of filling
  • Number of bottles

All storage and Insurance costs are included in the purchase price.

Bottling, labelling, packaging, Importation, Tax and Duty and Transportation costs are included in the purchase price.

Upon arrival in Malaysia the bottles will be shipped out free of charge.

Customers who purchase a minimum 2 bottles from the Whisky Futures Offer will become Founder Members of the Cask to Glass community. This will entitle them to Advance notice of future bottlings and opportunity to buy before the bottles go on general sale and a lifetime discount of 5 % on all whisky products.
